Back in 2017 Mr. Ho and Luca Lozano put the finishing touches to their ‘Visions of Rythm 2’ EP, hidden away deep down in the then Klasse Wrecks Studio in Neukolln. The main track of the EP, ‘F.U.B.U’ became quite the hit record and went on to be affectionally cherished by the producers as one of their most prized and proud works. Fast forward to 2020 and armed with a couple more years of battle scars and with a retroperspective of recent times the two decided it would be an idea to revisit the track and its personal meaning to them. Each providing two interpretations which were strictly to be completed at the same time across the seas between the U.K and H.K. What came out is certainly nostalgic, each anthemic remix tugging on the heart strings and nudging the listener to ‘remember that time?!’ with a gurning smile, a gentle reminder that things will return to normal sooner rather than later. Until they do the 2UBU remixes serve as a perfect wrapping up of Klasse Wrecks’ 2020, firmly facing forwards and ready for the next step.
